This restaurant is tucked away in a food court next to the Sumaya Museum. EXCELLENT. You must get the marinated and grilled artichokes. This is now by far my favorite way to prepare attichokes.

Cantina inside Carso Mall, with such a family atmosphere that they even have periqueras! The food is delicious; I ordered lime soup and a tongue stew and both were delicious. Desserts are too sweet, but with great flavor. Service is fast and very nice. I noticed a small influx of people, so it's quite enjoyable for conversation.
